Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
