The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 and produce sparks 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
