(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Those who have rebelled 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
