Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
