And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
