We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 We have spread out the earth, and set upon it firm mountains and caused everything to grow in due proportion. 19 And we have given unto you livelihoods therein, and unto those for whom ye provide not. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 Truly, it is We who bring to life and We who cause death and We are the inheritor of all things. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
