Believers, fight the unbelievers near you for the cause of God so that they realize your strength and know that God is with the pious ones. 123 Whenever a chapter is sent down to you, some ask: 'Which of you has it increased in belief' It will surely increase the belief of the believers and they are joyful. 124 But those in whose hearts is a disease,- it will add doubt to their doubt, and they will die in a state of Unbelief. 125 Do they not see that they are tried every year once or twice? Yet they do not repent, nor would they be admonished. 126 Whenever there cometh down a Sura, they look at each other, (saying), "Doth anyone see you?" Then they turn aside: Allah hath turned their hearts (from the light); for they are a people that understand not. 127 Indeed, there has come to you a Messenger from your own, he grieves for your suffering, and is anxious about you, and is gentle, merciful to the believers. 128 But if they turn away, [O Muhammad], say, "Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne." 129
