Al-Mu' minoon 6 of 6
Say: 'O my Lord, if Thou shouldst show me that they are promised, 93 do not, O my Sustainer, let me be one of those evildoing folk!" 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is best: We are well acquainted with the things they say. 96 And submit, “My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the instigation of the devils.” 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 lt ceaseth not until when death cometh to one of them, and he saith: my Lord! send me back. 99 that I have left behind. I am likely to do good." Nay, it is merely a word that he is uttering. There is a barrier behind all of them (who are dead) until the Day when they will be raised up. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They shall say, 'Our Lord, our adversity prevailed over us; we were an erring people. 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 God will say, "Stay there and do not speak to Me. 108 "A part of My servants there was, who used to pray 'our Lord! we believe; then do Thou forgive us, and have mercy upon us: For Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 109 But you ridiculed them. So much so that out of (spite) for them you forgot to remember Me and laughed at them. 110 Surely I have rewarded them this day because they were patient, that they are the achievers. 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 Did you think that We had created you for a playful purpose and that you were not to return to Us?" 115 [KNOW,] then, [that] God is sublimely exalted, the Ultimate Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth: there is no deity save Him, the Sustainer, in bountiful almightiness enthroned! 116 He, who invokes another deity along with God, a deity of whose divinity he has no proof, will be brought to account by his Lord. Certainly, those who deny the truth shall never prosper. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
