۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 in a hidden Book 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
