But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would certainly have seized him by the right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
