The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
