Pray, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, if You should bring the scourge of which they had been warned in my presence, 93 My Lord, then do not place me among the wrongdoing people." 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 Say, "Lord, I seek your protection against the strong temptations of the devils. 97 And I seek refuge in Thee! O my Lord! from their presence. 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 Then, when the trumpet [of resurrection] is blown, no ties of kinship will on that Day prevail among them, and neither will they ask about one another. 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and they will therein grin, with their lips displaced. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 O our Lord! Take us out of it; then if we return (to evil) surely we shall be unjust. 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 "Behold, there were among My servants such as would pray, 'O our Sustainer! We have come to believe [in Thee]; forgive, then, our sins and bestow Thy mercy on us: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!' 109 But you took them for a mockery until they made you forget My remembrance and you used to laugh at them. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say, “We stayed a day or part of a day, so ask those who keep count.” 113 He (Allah) will say: "You stayed not but a little, if you had only known! 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 One who worships things besides God has no proof of the authority of such things. God is certainly keeping the record of his deeds. The unbelievers will not have everlasting happiness. 117 So say: "O my Lord! grant Thou forgiveness and mercy for Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
