Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ When the sky is split, 1 and when the stars are scattered, 2 And when the seas are burst forth (got dried up); 3 and when the graves are overturned 4 Each soul will know what it had sent ahead and what it had left behind. 5 O man, what seduced you from your munificent Lord 6 Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias; 7 In whatsoever form He listed He constructed thee. 8 No indeed; but you cry lies to the Doom; 9 Surely, there are guardians watching over you, 10 Kind and honourable,- Writing down (your deeds): 11 Knowing all what you may do. 12 As for the Righteous, they will be in bliss; 13 whereas the wicked will be in Hell; 14 roasting in it on the Day of Recompense 15 and then shall never come out of it. 16 What do you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 Again, what will make you realize what the day of judgment is? 18 (It will be) the Day when no person shall have power (to do) anything for another, and the Decision, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah. 19
