The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
