Noah said: “My Lord, they did not pay heed to what I said, and followed those (nobles) whose possession of wealth and children has led them to an even greater loss. 21 And they contrived a plot of great magnitude, 22 And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 They have misled many. So do not enable these evildoers to increase in anything except straying (from the Right Way).” 24 Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers. 25 And Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers on the earth! 26 for, behold, if Thou dost leave them, they will [always try to] lead astray those who worship Thee, and will give birth to nothing but wickedness and stubborn ingratitude. 27 “O my Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and the believers who are in my house, and all other Muslim men and Muslim women; and do not increase anything for the unjust except ruin.” 28
