The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Woe to every scorner and mocker 1 who has gathered riches and counted them over 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever. 3 Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. 4 And what will make you know what the crushing Fire is? 5 The fire of Allah, that is ablaze. 6 Reaching right into the hearts of men, 7 Indeed it will be shut over them. 8 In extended columns. 9
