Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that weighed down your back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
