People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Say: 'I take refuge with the Lord of men, 1 the King of mankind, 2 the God of people, 3 "From the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart after one remembers Allah), 4 “Those who instil evil thoughts into the hearts of men.” 5 Among Jinns and among men. 6

True are the words of God the Almighty.
