Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
