He built it, 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you about the hour, when it will come. 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
