Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth so you may judge between the people by that which Allah has shown you. And do not be for the deceitful an advocate. 105 but pray God to forgive [them]: behold, God is indeed much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace. 106 And contend thou not for those who defraud their souls; verily Allah loveth not one who is a defrauder, sinner. 107 They seek to hide from men and seek not to hide from Allah. He is with them when by night they hold discourse displeasing unto Him. Allah ever surroundeth what they do. 108 You pleaded on their behalf in this worldly life but who will plead with Allah on their behalf on the Day of Resurrection, or who will be their defender there? 109 And whoever does evil or wrongs himself but afterwards seeks Allah's Forgiveness, he will find Allah Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 110 He who commits sin does so against his own soul. God is all knowing and wise. 111 And whoever commits a mistake or a sin, then blames it on someone innocent has indeed burdened himself with infamy and a manifest crime. 112
