Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Have you received the news of the Enveloper? 1 Faces on that Day shall be downcast, 2 Labouring (hard in the worldly life by worshipping others besides Allah), weary (in the Hereafter with humility and disgrace). 3 they shall burn in a Scorching Fire; 4 given to drink from a boiling spring. 5 No food will there be for them but a bitter Dhari' 6 Neither nourishing nor banishing hunger. 7 However, on that day the faces of other people will be happy. 8 well pleased with their striving, 9 They will live in an exalted garden 10 Wherein you shall not hear vain talk. 11 Wherein is a gushing spring, 12 and raised couches, 13 And cups put in place 14 Cushions arranged, 15 and carpets outspread. 16 Look they not at the camels, how they are created? 17 and on the sky, how it is raised aloft, 18 And the mountains - how they have been established? 19 And the earth, how it is made a vast expanse? 20 Therefore do remind, for you are only a reminder. 21 Thou art not at all a warder over them. 22 But whoever will turn away (from the Truth), 23 Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment. 24 Truly, to Us is their return; 25 then upon Us shall rest their reckoning. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
