Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
