The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By oath of those who establish proper ranks. 1 And those who restrain by reprimanding, 2 and conveying [to all the world] a reminder: 3 your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – and the Lord of the sun’s rising points. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the planets, 6 (For beauty) and for guard against all obstinate rebellious evil spirits, 7 They cannot listen to the exalted assembly and they are thrown at from every side, 8 Outcast, and theirs is a constant (or painful) torment. 9 Except one who sometimes steals a part, so a blazing flame goes after him. 10 So ask them, are they stronger in constitution, or those whom We have created. We have created them of sticky clay. 11 (Muhammad), you will be surprised that they still mock (God's revelations). 12 and when they are admonished, they pay no heed; 13 and whenever they see some sign, they ridicule it, 14 And they say, “This is nothing but clear magic.” 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 What, and our forefathers, the ancients' 17 Say, "Yes indeed, and you will be brought low." 18 So that is just a single jolt, thereupon they will begin staring. 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 "(Yes,) this is the Day of Judgement you had called a lie." 21

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
