The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask no payment from you for my preaching. The Lord of the Universe will give me my reward. 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in thee when it is the meanest that follow thee?" 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
