Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
No! I swear by that you see 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
