And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the apostles; 80 And We gave them Our Signs, but they were averse to them. 81 They hewed their dwellings out of the mountains in safety. 82 Then the Blast caught them in the morning 83 that they earned did not avail them. 84 And We have not created the heaven and the earth and that which is in between them save with a purpose. And verily the Hour is surely coming; so overlook thou with a seemly overlooking, 85 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-creator, the All-knowing. 86 We have given thee seven of the oft-repeated (verses) and the great Qur'an. 87 Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers 88 And say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity,"- 89 such as We send down for those who are divisive, 90 Those who broke the Word of Allah into several parts. (Those who broke the Torah / Bible or changed its text – or those who called the Qur’an a fabrication / poetry.) 91 Therefore, by your Lord, We shall question every one of them. 92 about what they did. 93 Promulgate thou that which thou art commanded, and turn away from the associaters. 94 verily, We shall suffice thee against all who [now] deride [this message - all] 95 even against those who set up with God another god. Certainly they will soon know! 96 Well know We that thy bosom is oppressed by what they say, 97 So exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him]. 98 and worship your Lord until the last moment (of your life) that will most certainly come. 99
