Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the morning brightness, 1 And by the Night when it is still,- 2 Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. 3 And the Hereafter is indeed better unto thee than the life present. 4 Thy Lord shall give thee, and thou shalt be satisfied. 5 Did He not find you as an orphan and give you shelter? 6 Did He not find you unaware of the Right Way, and then directed you to it? 7 Did He not find you poor and enrich you? 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 and do not chide the one who asks for help; 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
