Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 1 And by the winds that blow violently, 2 Which scatter clouds to their destined places, 3 Then by those that clearly differentiate the right and wrong. 4 And then by those that instil Remembrance into the hearts. 5 To excuse or to warn, 6 Surely, what you are promised must come to pass. 7 When the stars are extinguished, 8 When the heaven is cleft asunder; 9 And when the mountains are blown away 10 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 11 for what Day has this been appointed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will explain to you what is the Day of sorting out? 14 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 We shall then send the latter after them. 17 Even thus shall We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 19 Did We not create you of a mean fluid, 20 which We placed within a sure lodging 21 for an appointed term? 22 Thus have We determined [the nature of man's creation]: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine [what is to be]! 23 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 for both the living and the dead? 26 And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water. 27 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 28 "Move towards what you used to deny!" 29 Depart unto the shadow falling threefold, 30 "(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze. 31 Lo! it throweth up sparks like the castles, 32 like giant fiery ropes! 33 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 34 This is a Day whereon they shall not be able to speak. 35 neither be given leave, and excuse themselves. 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 That is the Day of Judgement on which We have assembled you as well as all those who went before you. 38 if you have a trick, try you now to trick Me!' 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40

Notes and Instructions
Click or tap on "random" to go to any random page. Click or tap the triangle to the left of "random" to go to a random page before the current page, or the triangle to the right to go to a random page after the current page. Using these features of ColorfulQuran.com, you can use the right triangle or arrowhead to skim through the entire Holy Book from the first Surah, The Key (Al-Fatihah), to the last, The People (An-Nas), in a few minutes while stopping at random pages in between. This will make your readings cluster more on Juz Amma's short surahs at the end of the Quran. You can also do the same in reverse order using the left triangle or arrowhead, which will cluster your readings more at the beginning of the Holy Quran.
